These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website bayareacompliance.com, the NETZERO|360 portal, and all related services provided by BayArea Compliance, LLC (“BAC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

BAC provides medical waste disposal, compliance training, regulatory compliance management, and related environmental health and safety services. Specific service terms are outlined in your service agreement or proposal.

Account Registration

Access to the NETZERO|360 portal requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Payment Terms

  • Service fees are as stated in your service agreement
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge

Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. No long-term contracts are required unless specifically agreed. Upon termination, BAC will complete any pending waste pickups and provide final compliance documentation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BayArea Compliance, LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Solano County, California.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
