Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) remain the leading cause of workplace injury in healthcare, accounting for over 30 percent of all workers' compensation claims in the industry. Nursing staff, dental hygienists, laboratory technicians, and administrative workers all face ergonomic risks, from patient handling and repetitive motions to prolonged static postures and poorly designed workstations. California's Repetitive Motion Injury standard (Title 8, Section 5110) requires employers to establish an ergonomics program when two or more employees performing identical work tasks report MSDs.

ERGO|360 goes beyond reactive compliance. The program uses systematic job hazard analysis and AI-powered movement assessment to identify ergonomic risk factors before injuries occur.
