OSHA|360 is a complete OSHA compliance management program that replaces the patchwork of in-house efforts, template downloads, and one-time consultant visits that most healthcare facilities rely on. The program addresses every federal OSHA and Cal/OSHA requirement applicable to your facility: a written IIPP that reflects your actual operations, an Exposure Control Plan for bloodborne pathogens, a Hazard Communication program with current SDS management, respiratory protection when applicable, and compliance with the posting and recordkeeping requirements that inspectors check first.

What distinguishes OSHA|360 from a training-only service is the ongoing compliance management. Training is one component, we deliver annual BBP training, HazCom training, and other required sessions. But the program also includes quarterly facility walkthroughs (mock inspections), annual program reviews and updates, SDS library management, safety poster compliance, and facilitated safety meetings with documented minutes. Every element is tracked and documented so your compliance file is always current.

OSHA|360 clients receive a dedicated compliance advisor who conducts all assessments, delivers training, and serves as the facility's external compliance resource.
